Tea’s health benefits boost its popularity

A good friend of mine, an independent travel journalist, sent me a link to a well-written article on the health benefits of tea that is worth reading.  In articular, the article mentions the negative impact of adding milk to tea “since there’s some evidence that protein in milk binds to the healthful chemicals in tea and prevents them from being absorbed.”
